Claire is a business continuity and emergency management professional with experience across government and education. She is a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) and holds a Master of Arts in Disaster and Emergency Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology. Since 2012, she has held leadership and instructional roles with the Government of Yukon, NAIT, and the City of Edmonton, as well as launching her own consulting firm AILM Resiliency Consulting Agency in 2020. Claire is an active industry contributor through speaking engagements, publications, standards development, and mentorship, and currently serves on the Disaster Recovery Institute (DRI) Canada Board of Directors.

She holds a master’s degree in Public Safety, multiple post-graduate certifications, and advanced professional designations including MBCP, ICS 400, and PIO, along with extensive fire and life safety credentials. As CEO and Founder of Traverse Analytics Inc., she provides strategic vision and leadership, leveraging global networks to drive growth, adaptability, and long-term competitiveness. Amber is recognized for her ability to translate complex risk and resilience challenges into practical, data-driven solutions for organizations.
