Corporate and community resilience rely on strong leadership — yet women’s voices are still too often underrepresented in the field. The Fortify Exchange exists to change that. This podcast spotlights women who lead under pressure, make hard calls, and shape resilience in real time. No buzzwords. No watered-down stories. Just honest conversations and perspectives that deserve to be front and center.
